What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Store?

We offer free shipping nationwide in the United States for orders over $60. In other areas, shipping costs apply.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Store?

How long will delivery take?

Generally, orders are shipped for delivery within 3 business days of purchase. You can find the current status of the order on the bottom of your receipt.

How secure is shopping in the Online Store? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once payment clears within 24-48 hours, all orders will be processed in the order in which they were received. Orders placed over the weekend do not begin processing until Monday.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification with your invoice.
