Returns & Exchange Policy


We want you to love your purchase! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will accept the Returns & Exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

All Returns and Exchanges must follow the guideline listed below:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn or unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It cannot be broken in any way, scratched, chipped or missing gemstones. If the item shows wear, it will not be accepted per our return quality standards and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • Products must be in the original packaging with all original tags attached and other components included.
  • Any Sale or Clearance items are Final and not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • We do not accept return or exchange of any custom-made or personalized item.
  • Purchases made with a Discount Code are only eligible for returns for Store Credit.
  • Each customer is eligible for one free shipping exchange per purchase.
  • The return item also must be accompanied by the receipt or a proof of purchase. If you don’t have it, please fill the Return Authorization Form.

Love a good sale? So do we! In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final (sorry, it’s a finance thing). Please make your selections with care and review all product information before making your purchase.


Free Return Shipping

If you choose to exchange or return your purchase for Store Credit (Gift Card), you are eligible for a free pre-paid Return Label and the $6.99 Return Fee is waived. Email us at to obtain your free shipping label.


Returns for Refund

This option will provide a refund to your original payment method with a deducted $6.99 of return fee and any original shipping & handling costs.


Starting a Return

  1. E-mail us at indicating the item(s) and the reason for return. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with a pre-paid label for shipping. Ensure to return the item(s) in its original packaging and securely sealed.
  2. After completing your return request, securely pack your merchandise and include the proof of purchase or the Return Authorization Form provided above.
  3. Affix the pre-addressed return label to your package (provided on item 1).
  4. Drop your package at any US Postal Service office or visit to schedule a free pick up.

Processing time

Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. Once inspected by our staff, a refund, exchange or Gift Card will be issued.


International Refunds

International orders have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. Orders returned to our shipping office will receive a Gift Card or refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes, or tariffs.
